6-Step Customization Process
Tell us your customization goals, including desired sound signature (bass, midrange, treble balance), connectivity features (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, wired inputs), size and form-factor preferences, and overall design style.
Provide initial 2D concept sketches showing the speaker’s silhouette, button and port layouts, dimension annotations, and proposed materials and color palettes.
Review full-scale 3D CAD renderings with textures, lighting effects, exploded-view details, and internal component placement to visualize real-world form and fit.
Test a fully functional prototype (CNC machined or 3D-printed): validate ergonomics, button feel, acoustic performance, and connectivity; then submit feedback for refinement.
Approve the final mold design, confirming parting lines, gate locations, cooling channels, dimensional tolerances, and surface-finish requirements before mold fabrication.
Evaluate small-batch production samples for assembly quality, final surface treatments, acoustic testing results, and overall aesthetics; provide your final sign-off for mass production.
